The Ready Tex – Division of Manfilm Textile – products for sale on the ready-tex.com website are sold and invoiced by Manfilm S.r.l., a company with registered office in Via Matteotti 2, Luisago (CO) , Italy, registered with P.I. 03279750131, REA: CO-305844.

Ready Tex limits its customer base to wholesale buyers and may request company and business information to verify compliance with membership criteria.

Registration is required and Ready Tex reserves the right to accept or terminate a buyer’s membership at its sole discretion.

The contracts concluded with Ready Tex through the Site are governed by these General Conditions in compliance with Italian law.

Orders

Prices

  • The prices displayed are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs, which will be added in the cart and may vary depending on the country of destination.
  • Due to the possible lenght difference on every roll, for each fabric you will find the related price increase percentage for the overshipment, which will be included in the check-out procedure. Once the production quantity is confirmed, any balance remaining will be refunded. Any undershipment will be refunded.
  • As stock levels may fluctuate, lead times displayed on the website are indicative and will be reconfirmed upon verification of product availability.
  • Lead times are intended for confirmed orders. Orders are confirmed and processed only after payment is received.

Once the order is placed, an Order Confirmation will be sent to the registered email address, with an updated ship-out date.

If the lead time varies within a maximum of 7 days from the estimation, it will be considered accepted and order will be processed.
In the event of a longer lead time, you will be requested to reconfirm the order before it is processed.
Note: for orders with multiple items, any ship out date variation that may lead to an item cancellation does not involve the order totality but the singular item only.
Hence, the rest of the items are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

The lead time is intended until the courier picks up the order.
We cooperate with international renowned couriers, such as xxx xxx
Ready Tex doesn’t take any liability for possible delays caused by the courier in charge of delivery.

A commercial Invoice will be issued once payment is received.

In case of product out of stock, you may request alternative products or request a full refund.

Color Differences

Due to possible different screen settings, provided videos or photos may not fully depict the true color of a particular item; an RGB reference is given and we can assist you further. If needed you can contact us.

Batch-to-batch variations may cause slight variations in color of the same product. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that every order of a product will be an exact match but our QC will make sure the color is correct.

 

Product Quality

  • All our orders will go through Quality Control before shipping, hence you can be sure of the product you receive from Ready Tex.
  • Average defectiveness up to 5.99% is considered acceptable.

For a defectiveness between 5.99% and 10% the order will still be shipped with a discount of the related defect percentage difference.

Example: defectiveness of 8% will result in a discount of 2%.

If defects frequently occur throughout the yardage, it may be considered low quality but not critically damaged.

 

Packing

  • All fabrics, if not differently requested, will be rolled on a carton tube and inserted in a transparent plastic sleeve.
  • A label will placed on the fabric stating details as roll number, art number, color, meters….

Payment Methods

  • Credit and debit cards are accepted
  • Wire transfer is also available

Shipping

  • The shipping charges are displayed in the check-out and may vary based on the destination country. They do not include any additional costs not dependent on Ready Tex, such as customs duties or specific local taxes.
  • After the order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified under any circumstances.
  • Any damage to the packaging and / or any mismatch in the cartons qty compared to the shipping document, must be immediately notified to the courier at the time of delivery.
  • The buyer and recipient are responsible for promptly responding to calls and emails from the delivery service provider. Ready Tex is not liable for any missed delivery if the recipient cannot be contacted by the courier.
  • Ready Tex does not handle refused shipments. If the recipient refuses a shipment, the packages will be discarded.

Returns & Refunds

  • As per Italian Laws and Regulations, Right of Withdrawal does not apply on B2B trading
  • In case of quality issues with the product (visible defects), complaints will be taken into consideration only if received within 7 working days from the date the product is delivered. Complaints will not be accepted under this clause if the product has been altered from its original conditions.
  • With regards to hidden defects (dyeing issues, etc) complaints need to be raised within 3 months from the receipt of the goods. 
  • For any goods return approved by Ready Tex, the items should be (where possible) in the original packaging and must be complete with everything originally sent (labels…). Cost of the return shipment will be handled by Ready Tex.
  • Any refund or compensation shall be credited to the original payment method used by the payer. We cannot issue refunds for products that have been cut. To be eligible for a refund, the products must be returned in their original condition.

Legal

The competent court for any legal dispute will be that of Como.

Ready Tex reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, charges, or any site content at any time at its discretion.
